Summary: The Findur/Endur Developer role is a contract position based in Basel, Switzerland, requiring an experienced developer with a strong background in financial products. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing changes in Findur, while collaborating with IT groups for system integration and change management. The contract starts on June 1, 2025, and is expected to last until June 1, 2026, with a possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, document, implement, test and release changes in Findur
- Interact with other IT groups for systems design, integration, standards and change management
Key Skills:
- Around eight years' development experience, ideally with a focus on enterprise software development
- Strong hands-on experience with Findur/Endur Open Components, Java /.Net 8, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Exposure in financial instruments, trade life cycle and operations
- Experience with business process modelling/implementation
- Excellent presentation skills, as well as oral and written English
- Ability to take initiative, organize own work, and demonstrate flexibility and service orientation
- Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills
- Hands-on experience with ArgoCD, Azure Devops and/or GitHub enterprise CI/CD (nice to have)
- A university-level degree in information management, computer science or related field (nice to have)
- Experience with the secure software development lifecycle (nice to have)
