Summary: The Findur Developer role is a contract position based in Basel, Switzerland, requiring an experienced professional with a strong background in financial products and enterprise software development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, implement, test and release changes in Findur
  • Interact with other IT groups for systems design, integration, standards and change management

Key Skills:

  • Around eight years' development experience, ideally with a focus on enterprise software development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Findur/Endur Open Components, Java /.Net 8, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • Good to have experience with Apache Kafka (Cloudera), Kubernetes (OpenShift)
  • Solid exposure in financial instruments, trade life cycle and operations
  • Experience with business process modelling/implementation
  • Excellent presentation skills, as well as oral and written English
  • Ability to take initiative and organize own work; flexibility; service orientation
  • Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis approach
  • Hands-on experience with ArgoCD, Azure Devops and/or GitHub enterprise CI/CD is a plus
  • A university-level degree in information management, computer science or related field is preferred
  • Experience with the secure software development lifecycle
