- Experience in consumer credit and CONC is desirable, but not essential
- Flexible, communicative and adaptable approach
- Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures
- Ability to rapidly develop close, trusting relationships
- Early availability to commence employment on a hybrid basis in Edinburgh or Glasgow
