The Role
You will advise on a broad range of financial services regulation matters, with a particular focus on:
Payments regulation
Fintech regulation
Consumer finance regulation
Retail financial services regulation
You will work closely with partners across the firm, supporting clients on both advisory and strategic regulatory matters.
About You
The successful individual is likely to:
Be a qualified solicitor (ideally 8+ PQE) with significant experience in Financial Services Regulation
Have strong expertise in payments, fintech, consumer finance, and retail regulatory matters
