Summary: The Financial Services Administrator role is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract based in Edinburgh, offering a hybrid working model. The position involves key responsibilities in client onboarding and data management within a leading wealth management firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. This role emphasizes inclusivity and sustainability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate new client account setups and modifications with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage client instructions, including portfolio creation.
  • Maintain and update existing client data, handling address changes, bank details, fee adjustments, and system access modifications.
  • Ensure all data input is error-free to support smooth client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
  • Handle document management, ensuring proper scanning, saving, and archiving in accordance with company protocols.
  • Assist in resolving queries related to client operations, working alongside the Incident and Service Management Teams.

Key Skills:

  • Background in financial services, preferably in wealth management.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of investment products or platform services is crucial.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of relevant financial regulations and risk management practices.
  • Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
