Summary: The Financial Operations Business Analyst role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and enhance financial operational processes, specifically within Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R) frameworks. The position requires a strong background in financial operations and process improvement methodologies, with a focus on driving efficiency and accuracy in financial workflows. This is a contract position based in Greater London, requiring on-site presence five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document O2C, P2P, and/or R2R processes to identify improvements and efficiencies
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support financial operations transformation
- Facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
- Support process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design within financial operations
- Work closely with management consulting teams and client stakeholders to deliver business solutions
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in management consulting services serving the Financial Services industry, or
- Minimum 2 years' experience directly in Financial Operations within O2C, P2P, or R2R processes
- Strong understanding of financial operations and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Salary (Rate): £550 daily

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
As a Financial Operations Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse, document, and improve financial operational processes within O2C, P2P, and R2R areas. Your insights will drive efficiency and accuracy across critical financial workflows.
- Analyse and document O2C, P2P, and/or R2R processes to identify improvements and efficiencies

Required Skills/Experience

- Minimum 2 years' experience in management consulting services serving the Financial Services industry, or
- Minimum 2 years' experience directly in Financial Operations within O2C, P2P, or R2R processes
- Strong understanding of financial operations and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Familiarity with financial systems and ERP tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
