Experience in a Business Analyst role within AML/Fin Crime transformation or regulatory change projects. In-depth understanding of the financial crime regulatory environment, including AML, CTF, sanctions, and fraud risk management. Proven track record in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation, preferably across both 1st and 2nd line functions. Strong knowledge of control frameworks, compliance policy development, and the application of a risk-based approach. Exceptional analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
