Summary: The role of Senior Project Manager focuses on leading cross-functional change initiatives within Financial Crime transformation. The position requires engaging with senior stakeholders and shaping operational processes across multiple divisions. The successful candidate will champion transformation efforts while managing complex, regulated environments. This role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional change initiatives across Financial Crime workstreams.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including ExCo members.
- Shape and evolve how teams operate, with a focus on people, process, data, and controls.
- Work across multiple divisions and stakeholder groups to ensure consistent delivery.
- Champion transformation without direct line management responsibilities.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in change and transformation roles, ideally in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at ExCo level.
- Experience working across multiple business units or divisions.
- Financial Crime knowledge is a plus.
- A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and drive execution.
- From a Large FS organisation.
