Summary: The Financial Crime Delivery Manager will oversee the management and delivery of large-scale projects within the Financial Services sector, focusing on compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires a blend of project management expertise and technical knowledge, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure projects align with business objectives while mitigating risks and delivering solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and develop solutions to complex problems
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, using excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Financial Crime and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

Key Skills:

  • Strong background in project/programme skills, with experience in managing complex engineering projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working closely with Programme Managers and other stakeholders
  • Business perspective, with experience in managing projects from a business perspective
  • Financial crime background
  • Experience working with regulatory projects, an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience developing practical solutions to complex problems
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard
  • Experience working in a Financial Services or Consultancy environment
  • Familiarity with Compliance and Regulatory requirements
  • Experience working with Development teams and managing project timelines
  • Strong understanding of engineering and technical concepts
