Summary: The Financial Crime Delivery Manager will oversee the management and delivery of large-scale projects within the Financial Services sector, focusing on compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and develop solutions to complex problems
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, using excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Financial Crime and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
• Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

• Strong background in project/programme skills, with experience in managing complex engineering projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working closely with Programme Managers and other stakeholders
