Summary: The role involves upcoming contract opportunities for Financial Crime Business Analysts and Project Managers within established financial services firms in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial crime change or transformation programmes as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally across Compliance, Ops, Tech, and Risk.
- Focus on governance, MI, risk appetite frameworks, and controls uplift.
- Redesign policies and procedures, and develop customer risk assessment models.
- Integrate data and systems, including TM, screening, or case management tools.
- Implement operating model and TOM changes across 1LOD and 2LOD.
- Manage stakeholder and regulatory engagement, and oversee change delivery governance and programme reporting.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in financial crime change or transformation programmes.
- Strong grounding in regulated financial services environments (banking, investments, asset/wealth management).
- Experience across the full project lifecycle within a structured change or transformation function.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.

We’re currently in discussions with two well-established financial services firms who are shaping major Financial Crime Change Programmes . These will cover strategic enhancements across the financial crime lifecycle, with transformation work expected to span multiple critical areas. While roles are not live yet, we are actively building a shortlist of experienced Financial Crime Business Analysts and Project Managers to hit the ground running once greenlit.
Areas of focus will include:
- Governance, MI, and risk appetite frameworks
- Controls uplift and framework optimisation
- Policy and procedure redesign
- Customer risk assessment and segmentation models
- Data and systems integration (e.g., TM, screening, or case management tools)
- Operating model and TOM changes across 1LOD and 2LOD
- Stakeholder and regulatory engagement
- Change delivery governance and programme reporting
We’re looking for individuals who can offer:
- Proven experience in delivering financial crime change or transformation programmes (not just BAU or KYC remediation) as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- A strong grounding in regulated FS environments - banking, investments, or asset/wealth management
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, within a structured change or transformation function
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally across Compliance, Ops, Tech and Risk
