Summary: The Financial Crime Business Analyst role involves leading analysis and requirements elicitation for financial crime initiatives within a global payments business. 1.Define analysis scope, approach, deliverables, and governance across financial crime initiatives
2.Lead high-quality requirements elicitation with strong traceability and regulatory alignment

4.Drive end-to-end analysis across complex, cross-functional programmes
Required Skills/Experience
1.Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Crime or regulatory environments
2.Strong expertise in AML, KYC and sanctions frameworks
3.Proven leadership in requirements governance, process modelling, and control analysis
4.Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate into actionable deliverables
Desirable Skills/Experience
1. Experience designing enterprise operating models or control framework
