Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage revenue recognition processes.
- Oversee international consolidations and intercompany accounting.
- Drive improvements to the financial systems environment.
- Maintain tax compliance and manage regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
- Partner with external auditors and lead audit preparation.
- Implement robust processes and controls to support business scaling.
- Lead a small team and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
Key Skills:
- ACA qualified with post qualified experience in a financial reporting focused role.
- Proven experience in a SaaS, tech, or professional services business with recurring revenue models.
- Inquisitive, driven and tenacious individual, happy to work independently.
- Hands-on ERP experience, ideally with NetSuite.
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment.
