Summary: The role of Financial Consultant involves leading the finance separation and integration of a newly carved-out business following an acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance separation and manage a smooth transition
- Build all finance systems, processes and reporting from the ground up
- Oversee amalgamation of existing systems and deliver the new group-wide Sage platform
- Develop the full MIS suite including Power BI dashboards and board reporting
- Own finance controls, governance, budgeting, forecasting and cash management
Key Skills:
- Background as Finance Director / Group FC / Group FD
- Experience in carve-outs, integrations or major finance transformations
- Strong systems experience (Sage/Sage 200, ERP implementation, system setup)
- Proven ability in building MIS, reporting, dashboards (Power BI essential)
- Confident partnering with senior leadership, investors and multiple sites

The business is looking for a hands-on senior finance leader who can take ownership of the carve-out and build the finance environment from scratch.
