Summary: This role is for a Financial Analyst based in Surrey, offering a 12-month fixed-term contract within a project-focused finance team. The position involves managing financial data for marketing projects, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting project managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain project and opportunity data in Salesforce and SAP
- Track and update project costs, revenue, billing, and profitability
- Process direct costs, review expenses, and handle client recharges
- Prepare client billing and upload invoices to customer systems
- Monitor AR and support project managers with overdue accounts
- Assist in rolling sales and profit forecasts and annual financial planning
- Ensure correct cost/revenue recognition and contribute to monthly closings
- Generate variance analysis reports (forecast vs. actuals)
Key Skills:
- 3–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, preferably project based
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills (must-have)
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (preferred)
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills

You'll play a key role in managing financial data for marketing related projects ensuring accurate reporting, tracking profitability, supporting project managers, and assisting with month end close.
