Key Responsibilities:

• Support the production of financial information requirements for M&A transactions.
• Lead on the delivery of relevant contractual obligations, understanding key elements of commercial agreements.
• Support the Finance Manager on all financial and management accounting and reporting.
• Lead the provision of required information on project-related audits and AUP.
• Support commercial discussions between UK and external suppliers.
