Marks Sattin is partnering with a prominent professional services organisation based in Oxford to hire a permanent Finance Analyst as part of their expanding finance function.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis at a senior level, delivering meaningful insights that shape strategy, growth plans, and acquisition activity across a multi-entity professional services group.

Operating across several business lines, the organisation offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders in operations, business development, service delivery, and marketing-providing a strong platform for progression within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Reporting to the FP&A Director and supported by a junior analyst, you will play a key role in the group's financial planning and analysis activities. You'll lead critical planning cycles, produce detailed commercial insights, and support strategic initiatives including potential acquisitions.
