The Opportunity
You'll become a key member of the FP&A team, working closely with finance and non-finance leaders to understand performance, improve reporting and support strategic decision-making.
You'll be involved in: Preparing monthly management accounts and delivering insightful financial reporting Producing meaningful variance analysis and performance commentary Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning Completing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring strong financial controls Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to support commercial decision-making Identifying financial risks and opportunities through robust analysis Improving reporting processes and helping automate recurring finance activities Supporting a range of commercial and finance projects as the business continues to evolve.
About You
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who enjoys working with stakeholders and using financial information to influence decisions.
Ideally you'll have: Experience producing management accounts within a commercial business Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience Excellent analytical and Excel skills The confidence to business partner with senior stakeholders A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes Experience with Workday or Adaptive is helpful but by no means essential.
