Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end journals, intercompany recharges, and financial submissions
- Support monthly balance sheet reviews, budgeting and forecasting
- Manage royalty reporting and development slate tracker
- Support statutory accounts, audits, and VAT submissions
- Maintain finance systems with project and contract updates
- Raise customer invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
- Perform bank reconciliations, currency revaluations, and supplier payments
- Handle company credit card admin and team expenses
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as the need arises by senior finance staff
Key Skills:
- Minimum part qualified accountant
- Awareness of the scripted TV production lifecycle
- Excellent excel skills
- Knowledge of Oracle/Hyperion/Sage is desirable
- Awareness of high-end television tax credits is desirable
- A self-starter with the proven ability to work under pressure in a result-orientated, deadline driven environment
- Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy and interpretation
- Adaptable and hardworking with a proactive approach
- Strong planning, co-ordination & interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills - written & oral

The role.. Our dynamic and fast-paced studio is seeking an experienced and dedicated Finance Analyst to join our finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Finance Manager and Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in supporting financial reporting and control across a portfolio of innovative scripted production labels. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple labels and locations, gaining valuable exposure to the inner workings of a leading creative studio.
