Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in higher education, executive education, or professional services.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, financial ERP systems, data visualization software).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to translate financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Analyst to join our Executive Education team. This role is integral to supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for a growing portfolio of non-degree, professional education programs.
