Summary: The Finance Analyst/Data Analyst role at Heathrow involves overseeing revenue and contract-related activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in commercial processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee revenue-related processes including rental invoicing, contract updates, rental activity tracking, and meter reading entries
- Become the subject matter expert on commercial processes, driving improvements across service order and rental workflows
- Deliver detailed business analysis, including profitability and performance reporting, to identify risks, opportunities, and solutions
- Create, distribute, and maintain weekly and monthly KPI dashboards and real-time Power BI reports
- Develop operational dashboards tracking non-rental costs such as transport, preparation for rental, or asset disposal
- Support the production of monthly customer reports with accurate and insightful analysis
- Gather and document business requirements, communicating findings and solutions to relevant stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships across departments and influence process changes using data-driven insights
- Support additional tasks or projects as required by the needs of the business
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical ability with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using Power BI
- Capable of translating complex data into meaningful insights and visual dashboards
- Confident in data modelling, business analysis, and process understanding
- Experience gathering requirements and building business cases
- Ability to understand how systems and operational processes connect
- Highly numerate and commercially aware
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a data-focused or analytical role
- Background in operational or fast-paced environments preferred
- Degree in Business Analysis, Engineering, Business Administration or related field (desirable)
