Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct finance and corporate governance processes in line with financial policies and regulations.
• Leverage business acumen to suggest strategic options.
• Oversee financial accounting, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Produce insightful management reporting and analysis.
• Coach the finance team in core financial and analytical activities.
• Create policies for internal financial control and challenge stakeholders on asset integrity.
• Lead the business planning process through effective stakeholder influence.
• Consult on the design and use of technology for finance decision-making.

Key Skills:

• Significant post-qualification experience with relevant accounting institution (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW).
• Thorough knowledge of risk management and governance procedures.
• Strong commercial experience with an understanding of investment regulations.
• Experience balancing stakeholder expectations with business needs.
• Expansive experience across multiple financial disciplines.
• Ability to identify and advise on alternate sources of business finance.
• Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and conflict resolution.
• Experience leading and motivating a team; OPEX experience preferred.
