Financial Analyst

Summary: The Finance Analyst role involves providing advanced expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and investment analysis for a client. The position requires analyzing complex datasets to develop actionable insights and contribute to AI-driven solutions. The analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to deliver actionable business intelligence.
• Develop, refine, and implement financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Create comprehensive rubrics and frameworks using domain expertise to enhance AI model performance.
• Prepare, review, and optimize financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP or IFRS standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Advise on key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, CAC, and LTV, to inform business strategies.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, or SaaS finance.
• Investment banking experience is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• CPA, CFA, or a similar advanced financial certification preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS metrics and performance analytics.
