The Finance & Accountancy Division at The ONE Group is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join a leading manufacturing business based in Daventry site. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading global manufacturing business in a hybrid role, where you’ll provide financial insight and support across a variety of areas.

Job Summary

You’ll be responsible for preparing complex and interpretive financial analyses and reports, supporting the annual budget process, expense and staffing forecasts, as well as statistical reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate month-end close activities and providing meaningful financial insight to management.
