Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and reconcile financial accounts
- Prepare, review, and annotate variance reports
- Develop and support financial forecasts and budgets based on operating plans
- Conduct research to evaluate accounting implications of different approaches
- Assist in establishing governance frameworks and internal controls for costs and expenditures
- Support cost recovery processes
- Maintain and manage financial data and records, including document organization and tracking
- Contribute to financial reporting for a structured program environment
- Present financial insights and analysis to management
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent years of experience)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (Level II)
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Experience with reporting and financial analysis
- Familiarity with financial management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
