Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to turn data into insights and drive decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Conduct robust financial analysis and modelling to support growth plans.
- Improve performance through insightful analysis and strategic financial planning.
- Ensure commercial agility and operational focus across multi-brand, multi-site operations.
- Support a Private Equity-backed business with financial insights.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
- 4+ years experience in FP&A in hospitality/retail.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Strong financial modelling capability.
