Summary: This role is for a Financial Adviser within a reputable IFA practice, focusing on servicing and developing an existing client portfolio without the pressure of new business targets. The position offers a flexible working culture and includes support for administration and paraplanning. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial advising, particularly with high net worth clients, and will be rewarded for client retention and service quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide independent financial advice across a full range of financial planning to an existing client bank.
- Service and develop relationships with higher net worth clients with complex advisory needs.
- Utilize advisory skills to focus on client service and retention without new business targets.
- Receive administration and paraplanning support.
- Generate bonuses for new business from servicing clients or bringing in new clients.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or experienced Paraplanner/Technical Manager.
- Strong technical knowledge in investments and pensions.

Your new role Employed position and client-facing role providing independent advice across the full range of financial planning to an existing client bank which includes many higher net worth clients with more complex advisory needs. No new business target. Administration and paraplanning support is provided. This is an ideal role for an adviser who is looking to utilise advisory skills in a role where the focus is on providing high levels of service and retaining clients where there is no pressure to find new business. As well as being financially rewarded for successfully servicing and retaining clients, you will also receive bonuses for any new business generated through servicing the clients or any new clients you bring into the business.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Financial Adviser (or an experienced Paraplanner/Technical Manager with strong client servicing skills), good technical knowledge particularly in investments and pensions, strong relationship building skills, a passion for providing excellent client service, motivated and driven to ensure advice is in the client's best interests.
