Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing statutory financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring all reporting obligations are met
- Supporting and coordinating the year-end audit process, building effective relationships with external auditors
- Analysing financial results to highlight key movements, risks, and opportunities for the wider business
- Contributing to regulatory and pricing-related submissions, working with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Overseeing transfer pricing processes, including reviewing documentation and supporting adjustments where required
- Delivering insightful financial analysis across monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
- Ensuring financial reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal policies and external standards
- Providing financial guidance on business activities, helping stakeholders understand the commercial and accounting impact
- Acting as a reliable point of support within the team, including stepping in for senior colleagues when needed
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within finance to enhance processes and reporting quality
Key Skills:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Solid experience in financial reporting and audit
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, including UK and German GAAP
- Exposure to transfer pricing
