As a Financial Accountant, you'll take charge of managing financial records and preparing reports that support the business in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. Your role will ensure the smooth running of accounting processes and help the company maintain its financial health.

Description

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data.
• Provide insights and recommendations for financial improvements.

Profile: A successful Financial Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
