The Role
You'll play a key role in supporting the group's reporting and control environment across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of head office accounting, including actuals, budgeting and forecasting
- Reviewing month-end reporting submissions from multiple European entities
- Reviewing balance sheets and advising on technical accounting treatments
- Supporting divisional reporting to the US parent company
- Ownership of SOX reporting and controls processes
- Managing intercompany recharges and netting arrangements
- Supporting tax, audit and compliance requirements
- Partnering with finance teams across Europe to provide reporting support and guidance
- Supporting process improvements and ad hoc finance projects
About You:
- ACA qualified (or equivalent)
- Background in Audit, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting or Group Finance
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable operating within a multinational environment
Desirable Experience:
- Group reporting and consolidations
- US GAAP knowledge
- SOX controls and compliance
- Experience within a large international business
