Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cash flow forecasts, interbank transfers, and budgeting processes.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and regulatory filings (e.g., VAT, CIT, WHT).
- Stay current with tax legislation and implement responses to changes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant trust and exchange regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for internal controls.
