Summary: The Financial Accountant role is a six-month fixed-term contract focused on delivering accurate month-end reports and ensuring compliance with IFRS 15. The position requires strong financial analysis skills and the ability to support budgeting and forecasting processes. The role is primarily remote, with initial onboarding in Bristol and two office visits per month thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate month-end reports in compliance with accounting standards
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in line with strategic objectives
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to provide valuable insights for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and other regulatory requirements
• Assist with audit processes, including control testing and implementation of recommendations
• Provide technical accounting support and address financial reporting queries
• Contribute to risk reporting and support control improvement initiatives
• Assist with finance transformation projects and process improvements

Key Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and financial reporting standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
