Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare the group's statutory accounts.
• Maintain the integrity of the balance sheet and produce monthly balance sheet and cash flow reports.
• Lead financial integration for new business resulting from M&A.
• Submit key financial information to necessary bodies (e.g., HMRC, VAT, ONS, CQC, Gift Aid).
• Oversee the production of internal management accounts for review by Finance Business Partners.

Key Skills:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant.
• Significant experience in financial management.
• Experience in the charitable sector or group structures.
