The role
You’ll review the existing TSA and service delivery arrangements, identify gaps and implement the framework needed to ensure services are ready for key separation milestones in 2027.
Key responsibilities include
- Reviewing TSA commitments and mapping services across Purchase to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R).
- Assessing existing KPIs, SLAs and reporting against contractual requirements.
- Designing and implementing service governance, performance reporting and accountability frameworks.
- Establishing clear processes for service issues, disputes and escalations.
- Working with finance process owners, technology teams and the separation programme to manage risks, dependencies and readiness.
- Driving implementation and ensuring the framework works in practice, not just on paper.
What we're looking for
You’ll bring hands-on experience across finance shared services, Global Business Services (GBS), outsourced operations or finance transformation.
Ideally, you’ll have
- Experience managing a TSA, preparing for a carve-out or establishing governance within an outsourced or shared services environment.
- A strong understanding of transactional finance operations across P2P, O2C and R2R.
- Proven experience implementing KPIs, SLAs, service governance and escalation processes.
- The ability to interpret contractual commitments and translate them into practical operating arrangements.
- Confidence working autonomously, engaging senior stakeholders and driving progress in a complex environment.
Experience in media, entertainment, technology, telecoms, private equity-backed businesses or corporate separation programmes would be beneficial, but is not essential.
Interested? If you have hands-on experience in finance shared services, TSA management, outsourcing governance or finance transformation and want to take ownership of a significant transition workstream, I’d welcome a confidential conversation.
