Finance Transformation Project Manager - Umbrella

Role Responsibilites

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of a global finance reconciliation implementation.
  • Supporting the Finance project team to drive priorities, planning, governance, and benefits delivery.
  • Managing day-to-day project delivery including risk/issue management, dependencies, and change control.
  • Coordinating with local PMs and global stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Providing structure around reporting, steering packs, decision making and senior stakeholder communication.
  • Ensuring workstreams remain aligned and that delivery stays on track against timelines, quality and scope.
  • Building strong relationships across global teams and ensuring effective collaboration.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience delivering finance transformation projects at a global scale.
  • Background working in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or similar.
  • Experience implementing or managing financial software or reconciliation tools.
  • Comfortable managing diverse stakeholder groups across global organisations.
  • Ability to work independently, operate at pace, and keep delivery moving.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with AutoRek.
  • Professional qualifications (eg, PRINCE2, PMP, Lean).
  • Recognised accounting qualification.
