Role Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end delivery of a global finance reconciliation implementation.
- Supporting the Finance project team to drive priorities, planning, governance, and benefits delivery.
- Managing day-to-day project delivery including risk/issue management, dependencies, and change control.
- Coordinating with local PMs and global stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Providing structure around reporting, steering packs, decision making and senior stakeholder communication.
- Ensuring workstreams remain aligned and that delivery stays on track against timelines, quality and scope.
- Building strong relationships across global teams and ensuring effective collaboration.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience delivering finance transformation projects at a global scale.
- Background working in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or similar.
- Experience implementing or managing financial software or reconciliation tools.
- Comfortable managing diverse stakeholder groups across global organisations.
- Ability to work independently, operate at pace, and keep delivery moving.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with AutoRek.
- Professional qualifications (eg, PRINCE2, PMP, Lean).
- Recognised accounting qualification.
