Summary: The role involves supporting a London-based listed business in enhancing its recently implemented NetSuite system through process improvement and team upskilling. The consultant will collaborate with various finance teams and lead a remote team to ensure effective financial operations. Key responsibilities include identifying process gaps, monitoring team capacity, and providing advanced NetSuite support. The position requires immediate availability and strong communication skills across time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify root causes and process gaps.
- Monitor team capacity, report progress, and escalate risks early.
- Lead and support a remote team.
- Serve as escalation contact during financial close cycles.
- Provide advanced NetSuite support (roles, workflows, reports, access).
- Liaise with external vendors for testing and minor changes.
- Implement small-scale improvements to usability and support workflows.
- Encourage documentation for long-term knowledge retention.
Key Skills:
- You will be immediately available.
- Strong communicator across time zones.
- Experience leading small teams or workstreams.
- Solid understanding of finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R, reconciliations).
- 4-5+ years supporting NetSuite in functional or systems roles.
- Jira and Confluence, Coupa, Alteryx, Anaplan, Salesforce familiarity.
Salary (Rate): £500 daily
