Summary: The Finance Transformation/Project Manager will lead a 12-month NetSuite ERP implementation for a technology-driven business in the building services sector. This role focuses on finance and related modules, aiming to transform business operations and financial decision-making. The manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective collaboration between various stakeholders and driving change management initiatives. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and requires significant project management experience, particularly with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full ERP project lifecycle from planning and design to delivery, adoption, and optimisation.
  • Lead Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM module implementation, including system configuration, integrations, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, external consultants, and third-party vendors.
  • Drive change management, end-user training, and adoption to ensure smooth post-implementation operations.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining governance standards.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years' project management experience, including at least two ERP implementations (NetSuite preferred).
  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification advantageous with end-to-end finance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM.
  • Experience managing external system integrators and consultants.
  • Excellent planning, risk management, and delivery skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Desirable: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience implementing ERP in a marketplace, B2B, or complex operational environment.

Salary (Rate): £90,000 per annum
