Summary: The Finance Systems Project Manager will play a crucial role in transforming and delivering ERP services for a global telecommunications client. This position involves managing day-to-day support for Oracle ERP services, leading enhancements and projects, and ensuring compliance with financial processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of finance systems, particularly in Projects and Fixed Assets. A minimum of two days on-site commitment is required based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver day-to-day support of Oracle ERP services across various instances and modules.
- Manage services from clients and outsource partners to meet business requirements.
- Hold partners accountable through periodic reviews, contracts SLA, and KPI management.
- Communicate key plans, requirements, solutions, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and initiate activities from approval to delivery.
- Ensure month-end services are delivered at critical times for Finance and ERP.
- Assist in executing SOX role within the OneERP Programme.
- Act as the center of knowledge for systems' operations, particularly in Projects and Fixed Assets.
