Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to define and document finance requirements.
- Drive process improvements with a focus on standardisation, automation, and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships across finance and non-finance teams to support integrated solutions.
- Represent finance in cross-functional working groups and governance forums.
- Deliver high-quality project management from planning through to implementation.
- Provide insight and challenge to support decision-making and change adoption.
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant or equivalent senior-level finance experience.
- Strong background in financial and management accounting, with broad process knowledge.
- Proven track record in finance systems implementation and process change.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and influence strategic decisions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SAP (including S/4HANA, Business Warehouse, Business Objects) is desirable.
- Project management qualifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is also desirable.
