Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing approaches that support continuous improvement in finance management practice.
  • Supporting managers and teams to embed new policies, procedures, standards, and ways of working.
  • Developing and maintaining practical guidance, playbooks, toolkits, and learning resources for finance staff and managers.
  • Improving the quality and consistency of finance induction, onboarding, CPD, and personal performance development.
  • Working with stakeholders to identify barriers to adoption and provide targeted support to improve practice and performance.
  • Supporting the transformation of current practices so they align with the finance operating model and wider improvement priorities.

I am currently recruiting for a Finance Project Manager to work within a local authority. The role will be for 6 Months at least and will be paying £550 p/day

Main responsibilities include:-

  • Designing and implementing approaches that support continuous improvement in finance management practice.
