Summary: The Finance Project Manager role requires expertise in delivering finance transformation projects within the financial services sector, utilizing Agile methodologies. The position demands strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to oversee complex finance projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within budget, timeline, and scope
- Effectively monitor and present project updates to stakeholders, clients, or project team members
- Manage multiple projects involving significant system, business, and technical changes
- Maintain a project portfolio as part of the Programmes & Change roadmap
Key Skills:
- Experience in finance transformation projects
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Agile Project Management experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in managing cross-functional multi-tasked projects
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships
