Summary: Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Finance Programme PMO Consultant to assist a global health insurance client with a significant finance transformation programme. The role involves collaboration with Programme Directors and Workstream Leads to ensure effective governance and coordination across multiple workstreams. This position is hybrid, requiring occasional travel to London or Staines, and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of a global finance transformation programme implementing new investment management capabilities.
  • Drive governance, planning, and coordination across a complex, multi-workstream initiative.
  • Work closely with Programme Directors and Workstream Leads.

Key Skills:

  • 5-10 years' experience in a PMO role supporting large-scale technology change programmes.
  • Experience supporting global transformation programmes across multiple regions.
  • Strong programme governance, planning, reporting, RAID management, and workstream coordination.
  • Experience working within Financial Services, Investments, or Treasury environments.
  • Experience supporting senior Programme Directors and Workstream Leads on complex programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex delivery environments.
  • Treasury transformation project experience (desirable).
  • Experience supporting investment management or finance transformation programmes (desirable).
  • Exposure to investment management platforms such as Clearwater and/or Aladdin (desirable).
