Summary: The Finance Process Lead will be responsible for documenting business requirements, understanding current finance processes, and driving the design and implementation of future systems within a hybrid working environment. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver integrated and automated solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong finance process knowledge and excellent communication skills. The position is initially for a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document business requirements and desired outcomes for the finance area.
- Understand and document current processes, pain points, and stakeholder feedback.
- Work closely with other Product Owners across Finance, HR, and Procurement.
- Support role-to-user mapping for the finance area.
- Participate in UAT, involving BAU teams as needed.
- Define test script scope and ensure thorough testing and sign-off.

- Strong understanding of finance processes and systems.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to make agile design decisions and challenge non-compliant designs.
