Summary: The Finance Process Lead will be responsible for documenting business requirements and understanding current finance processes while driving the design and implementation of future systems. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver integrated and automated solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance processes and systems, along with excellent communication and documentation skills. The position is initially for a duration of 6 months and is based in a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document business requirements and desired outcomes for the finance area.
  • Understand and document current processes, pain points, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Work closely with other Product Owners across Finance, HR, and Procurement.
  • Support role-to-user mapping for the finance area.
  • Participate in UAT, involving BAU teams as needed.
  • Define test script scope and ensure thorough testing and sign-off.

  • Strong understanding of finance processes and systems.

  • Ability to make agile design decisions and challenge non-compliant designs.
