We're seeking a contract Program Manager to lead a major finance transformation within our Corporate Services function. The role will oversee the implementation of a new AP and T&E platform, embed a refreshed Target Operating Model, and manage key dependencies including a General Ledger migration. We need someone who can take full ownership of both the problem and the solution-going beyond delivery tracking. While insurance experience isn't essential, strong expertise in finance transformation within regulated environments, particularly across P2P and operating model change, is crucial. This is a hands-on role that spans strategic leadership and detailed execution.

xperienced Program/Change Leader - end-to-end delivery of complex finance transformation programmes-not just tracked milestones. Deep finance process expertise , particularly across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) , Accounts Payable, T&E, and General Ledger processes. Strong background in regulated sectors (e.g., financial services, utilities, telecoms, health), where governance, controls, and compliance are critical. Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation experience , ideally having worked with consulting frameworks or large enterprise transformations. ERP / finance systems implementation experience , such as Coupa, SAP, Oracle, D365, Workday, etc. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies (e.g., AP/T&E rollout aligned to a GL migration). Strategic thinker who is also execution-focused , able to move between high-level programme architecture and hands-on tasks.
