The role
Ready to shape global Supply Chain performance by turning financial data into clear, commercial insight.
As an FP&A Accountant – 12-month FTC, you’ll have real visibility and impact across the business. You’ll deliver accurate, timely monthly management reporting, support the consolidation of financial results, and contribute to forecasting, annual budgeting and longer-term planning. By linking financial and non-financial metrics, you’ll help stakeholders clearly understand how the global Supply Chain is performing.
A key part of the role is business partnering with cost centre owners, leading cost centre reporting consolidation and providing insight into performance. You’ll support the production of board-level reports, using high-quality analysis to inform and influence senior decision-making. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to cross-functional projects that drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
You’ll also support the wider Supply Chain Finance team with ad hoc analysis and project work, covering trends, risks, opportunities and headcount-related insight. In addition, you’ll help coordinate and support audit activity across the UK and Guernsey, ensuring requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
We’re looking for someone with experience in FP&A or management accounting who is qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and brings a highly analytical, proactive approach. You’ll be comfortable handling sensitive information, interpreting complex financial data, explaining variances clearly, and using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate meaningful insight, alongside a strong interest in global Supply Chain operations.
