Finance & Payments Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Chase outstanding parent payments and follow up promptly
  • Reconcile payments against bank statements and invoices
  • Maintain accurate payment and finance records
  • Support monthly invoicing and payment tracking
  • Ensure all required payments and financial checks are completed before any new student starts
  • Support the correct financial onboarding of new students
  • Identify missing, late or incorrect payments and escalate where required
  • Maintain clear records of outstanding balances and actions
  • Communicate professionally and firmly with parents regarding payments
  • Work closely with the Finance Lead, admin team and Directors
  • Ensure finance processes and deadlines are followed consistently

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in finance administration, accounts receivable, credit control, bookkeeping or payment reconciliation
  • Confident chasing outstanding payments
  • Comfortable working with bank statements, invoices and spreadsheets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Comfortable dealing directly with parents regarding financial matters

Hours: 10 hours per week

Working Pattern: Saturday 10am–2pm on-site + 6 remote hours during the week
