Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily operational tasks to maintain process integrity and reliability.

- Liaise with internal teams to understand business needs and support operational initiatives.
- Assist in implementing change initiatives and contribute to ad hoc projects.
- Depending on team specialization, responsibilities may include:
- Billing, payment operations, accounts receivable, travel coordination, expense processing, corporate credit card management, P2P controls, or procurement support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and increased efficiency.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain accurate project and process records.
Key Skills:
- Specialized Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to work under pressure.
- Customer-focused with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Awareness of international business practices and cultural sensitivity.
- Experience with finance operations, accounts receivable, payment operations, or related finance functions.
