Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee AP/AR operations and maintain strong financial controls
  • Manage a small transactional finance team, setting KPIs and driving performance
  • Lead month-end processes across debtors, creditors, cash, and inventory
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital, including aged payables/receivables
  • Support audits and maintain robust documentation and controls
  • Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to finance projects
  • Partner with internal and international stakeholders to support operations

I am working with a fantastic business to bring on a Finance Operations Manager, responsible for managing a small team across AP/AR. This role will be suitable for those with strong experience across both teams.
