Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee AP/AR operations and maintain strong financial controls
- Manage a small transactional finance team, setting KPIs and driving performance
- Lead month-end processes across debtors, creditors, cash, and inventory
- Monitor cash flow and working capital, including aged payables/receivables
- Support audits and maintain robust documentation and controls
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Drive process improvements and contribute to finance projects
- Partner with internal and international stakeholders to support operations
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing AP/AR within a multi-entity or international environment
- Strong understanding of month-end and audit processes
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
