Finance Operations Manager

Summary: The Finance Operations Manager role is a fixed-term contract position focused on overseeing accounts payable and receivable operations while managing a small finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial controls, leading month-end processes, and driving performance improvements. This position requires strong experience in a multi-entity or international environment and effective stakeholder management skills. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AP/AR operations and maintain strong financial controls
• Manage a small transactional finance team, setting KPIs and driving performance
• Lead month-end processes across debtors, creditors, cash, and inventory
• Monitor cash flow and working capital, including aged payables/receivables
• Support audits and maintain robust documentation and controls
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Drive process improvements and contribute to finance projects
• Partner with internal and international stakeholders to support operations

• Proven experience managing AP/AR within a multi-entity or international environment
• Strong understanding of month-end and audit processes
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
