Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and supplier payments.
  • Maintain supplier records, resolve queries, and build strong vendor relationships.
  • Support month-end activities, management accounts preparation, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Assist with VAT, RCT, audit preparation, and financial compliance requirements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and systems.

Key Skills:

  • ATI qualified or part-qualified ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years' experience in a finance or accounts role, with strong accounts payable experience.
  • Experienced using ERP or accounting systems such as Business Central, SAP, Sage, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Irish VAT, ROS, and RCT processes is advantageous.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary (Rate): £41,000 yearly

Finance Officer
Contract: 3 Months Fixed-Term (with possibility of extension)

Salary: €40,000 - €48,000 per annum DOE

Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting compliance, and driving process improvements.
