Summary: The Finance Officer role involves managing key finance processes for a rapidly growing Irish company specializing in offsite construction and modular building solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and supplier payments.
- Maintain supplier records, resolve queries, and build strong vendor relationships.
- Support month-end activities, management accounts preparation, and cash flow forecasting.
- Assist with VAT, RCT, audit preparation, and financial compliance requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and systems.
Key Skills:
- ATI qualified or part-qualified ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years' experience in a finance or accounts role, with strong accounts payable experience.
- Experienced using ERP or accounting systems such as Business Central, SAP, Sage, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Irish VAT, ROS, and RCT processes is advantageous.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
